Total new way of Composting - SECESF
Composting is the biological decomposition and stabilization of organic materials. Aerobic composting is the decomposition of organic materials in the presents of oxygen, producing byproducts made up primarily of carbon dioxide, water and heat. An ecological system should be aerobic. Anaerobic composting is the decomposition of organic materials in the absence of oxygen, primarily producing methane, carbon dioxide and numerous other byproducts, including products prone to produce odor problems.
SECESF is a closed system with forced aeration (aerobic) and with filtering of post-process air that provides:
Ø protection of surrounding environment
Ø optimization of process conditions
Ø monitoring of the process
Ø automation of the of work control
Ø possibility to gather and archive process parameters readings
This composting project unit (CPU) uses Polyethylene film Bags - a disposable bioreactor - are made of a special three or five layer polyethylene film, very strong and UV resistant.

PREPARATION OF COMPOSTING FEEDSTOCK
One of the most important stages of composting is the feedstock preparation. Quality of the feedstock determines length and quality of the process. Above statement regards all composting technologies starting from an open-air pile to most sophisticated closed systems.
The feedstock should:
1. Be fragmented – the more the better;
2. Contain corect proportion of Nitrogen to Carbon (N/C) factor;
3. Contain about 50% of water;
4. Have a porous structure;
5. Contain alive strains of aerobic micro-organisms.
